始丰微型牛体型与外周血cAMP、PTH和TGF-β水平关联性分析

Relationship between Body Shape and Blood cAMP,PTH and TGF-βLevel in Shifeng Miniature Cattle(Bos indicus)in China

摘要 为阐明始丰微型牛的生长发育相关的生化特性,采用ELISA方法对15月龄的始丰微型牛和作对照的正常体型天台黄牛测定并比较分析外周血中三个生长发育相关因子:cAMP、PTH与TGF-β。结果表明:微型牛组TGF-β含量(192.6 ng/L)极显著低于对照组(229.5 ng/L)(P<0.01),cAMP和PTH含量与对照组无差异(P>0.05);微型牛组公牛TGF-β含量(185.9 ng/L)极显著低于对照组(236.6 ng/L)(P<0.01),cAMP含量(11.4 nmol/L)显著低于对照组(12.6 nmol/L)(P<0.05);母牛,TGF-β含量(195.9 ng/L)显著低于对照组(226.0 ng/L)(P<0.05)。研究结果证实,TGF-β和cAMP含量可能是影响中国南方黄牛生长发育的重要因素,但cAMP的作用可能受性激素通路作用的干扰。 To elucidate the biochemical characteristics related to the growth and development of Shifeng miniature cattle,the content of three growth and development related factors:cAMP,PTH and TGF-β,in the peripheral blood were determined respectively by ELISA on 15-month-old Shifeng miniature cattle and normal Tiantai cattle which served as control.The results showed that the content of TGF-βin miniature cattle(192.6±25.8 ng/L)was extremely lower than control(229.5±32.5 ng/L)(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference of cAMP and PTH between miniature and control(P>0.05);in consideration of gender,in bulls,the content of TGF-β(185.9±18.9 ng/L)in miniature cattle was extremely lower than control(236.6±20.7ng/L)(P<0.01),and the content of cAMP(11.4±0.4 nmol/L)was significantly lower than that in control group(12.6±1.0 nmol/L);in heifer,the content of TGF-β(195.9±28.8 ng/L)in miniature cattle was significantly lower than control(226.0±37.4 ng/L)(P<0.05).The results confirmed that the content of TGF-βand cAMP are two important factors affecting the growth and development of Shifeng miniature cattle in southern China,but the effect of cAMP may be interfered by the sex related hormones.
