Invisible Love:Historical Dialogs of the Chinese Charity Museum

中华慈善博物馆作为我国慈善领域的国家级专题博物馆,选址于清末民初著名实业家、慈善家张謇先生在南通创办的通棉二厂旧址。博物馆的设计在尊重历史、以厂房旧址为主角的基础上,尝试通过引入全新的表现形式、功能配置、审美标准以及施工技术等,希望能激活历史,赋予厂房旧址以新生,同时为观众提供回归净土般的寻善之旅。

The Chinese Charity Museum,as a national thematic museum in the field of charity in China,is located on the old site of Tongmian No.2 Factory founded by Zhang Qian,a famous industrialist and philanthropist in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.On the basis of respecting history and taking the old factory site as the main role,the design of the museum tries to activate history by introducing new forms of expression,functional configuration,aesthetic standards and construction technology,so as to give the old factory site a new life,and at the same time provide the audience with a journey to return to the pure land.
