摘要
养老机构户外环境是老年居住者身心健康与生活质量的重要保证,但使用率低是普遍面临的问题。通过采取行为观察法和图片比选法对一所养老机构的部分用户(n=99)进行实证研究,得出户外环境使用现状特征以及不同类型使用人群对理想空间的使用偏好特征。使用现状表现出活动成组团、行为类型偏消极、轨迹单一且整体空间利用不足等特点,使用偏好则整体符合舒适性、绿化量、可达性、视野通畅和过渡空间五种特性诉求。通过对两方面使用特征的总结与分析,提出促进户外环境使用的养老机构规划设计建议。
The outdoor environment of the nursing home is guarantee of the body-mind health and quality of life of the elderly residents,however,the garden usage generally is insufficient.With the method of behavioral observation and graphic comparison,users of 1 nursing home(n=99)were studied,and the characteristics of the current situation of outdoor environment use and the preference characteristics of different types of users for ideal space were obtained.The current situation shows the spatial aggregation into groups,negative behavior types,single track and insufficient use of overall space,while the use preference is in line with 5 characteristics:the comfort,greening,accessibility,views and transition.Through the summary and analysis of the 2 aspects,the proposal of planning and design is put forward to promote the use of outdoor environment of nursing homes.
