历史文化街区“微更新”设计研究——以光山县正大街片区为例

Research on the Design of"Micro-renewal"of Historical and Cultural Blocks:Taking Zhengda Street District,Guangshan County as an Example

如何在合理保护历史肌理的前提下实现有序更新,是历史街区改造中面临的关键问题。文章以光山县历史街区——正大街片区作为研究对象,从分析光山县历史文脉与街区肌理入手,以最大程度保存城市历史文脉特征为原则,提出以“微更新”的设计方法实现城市肌理修复和功能置换。本研究为既有历史街区的保护与更新提供了案例借鉴与技术方法。

How to realize orderly renewal under the premise of reasonable protection of its historical fabric is a key problem in the reconstruction of historical blocks.In this paper,taking the historical district of guangshan county-Zhengda street area as the research object,starting from the analysis of the historical context and block texture of guangshan county,and taking the principle of preserving the characteristics of the historical context of the city to the greatest extent,the author proposes the design method of"micro-renewal"to realize the restoration and functional replacement of the urban texture.This study provides a case study and a technical method for the protection and renewal of existing historical blocks.
