欠发达地区城市风貌解析与引导——以贵州省遵义市湄潭县兰江新区为例

Analysis and Guidance of Cityscape in Less-developed Areas:A Case Study of Lanjiang New District,Meitan County,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province

随着城镇化的推进,中西部欠发达地区对于发展经济、摆脱贫困落后现状的愿望十分迫切。如何在城市建设过程中,既推进城镇化、提升城市基础设施水平,同时又能注重城市风貌的引导,避免改革开放以来,随着城镇化高速发展,城市风貌特色缺失、趋同化的问题,成为了人们热议的话题。文章通过解析欠发达地区的城市风貌特点,提出引导对策,并以贵州省遵义市湄潭县兰江新区为例,为欠发达地区城市风貌规划提供了指导意义。

With the advancement of urbanization,the less-developed areas in the central and western regions have an urgent desire to get rid of poverty and develop the economy.In the process of urban construction,how to not only promote urbanization and improve the level of urban infrastructure,but also pay attention to the guidance of urban landscape,so as to avoid the problem of lack and assimilation of urban landscape characteristics with the rapid development of urbanization since the reform and opening up,has become a hot topic.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the cityscape in the less-developed areas and proposes guiding countermeasures.Taking Lanjiang New District,Meitan County,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province as an example,it provides guidance for urban cityscape planning in the less-developed areas.
