摘要
设计了一套超级电容器在线测试系统,能够对超级电容器的运行状态进行实时的监控,防止超级电容器在运行过程中出现的过压,过流,超温以及超级电容器老化等情况.测试系统采用实时动态图像更加直观的显示出超级电容器的工作状态.系统主要由微处理器STM32、数控直流电源、QT设计的上位机软件等构成.实验表明该系统工作性能稳定可靠,监测数据精准,满足超级电容器测试系统的设计需求.
With the popularity of electric cars,the study of supercapacitor charging and discharging performance has become the hot spots.Therefore,in this paper,an online test system of supercapacitor is designed,which can monitor the running state of supercapacitor in real time,and prevent the over voltage,over current,over temperature and aging of supercapacitor during its running process.The test system adopts real-time dynamic image to display the working state of supercapacitor more intuitively.The system is mainly composed of microprocessor STM32,digital controlled DC stabilized voltage source,QT upper computer software and so on.In this paper,the test system is used to test ordinary capacitors and supercapacitors respectively.The experiment shows that the system has stable and reliable working performance,accurate monitoring data,and meets the design requirements of supercapacitor test system.
