Eu_(0.5)Ca_(0.5)Mn_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)的制备、结构及其表征

摘要 通过固相反应法制备了Eu_(0.5)Ca_(0.5)Mn_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.075,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.30,0.40,0.50)等一系列样品.室温下测得的不同样品的XRD图谱表明样品随Cr^(3+)掺杂量的增加,主峰的位置无明显的偏移,晶胞体积呈现减小的趋势;在衍射图谱中无额外的杂峰出现,且表现为单相正交结构.傅里叶红外吸收光谱表明随着Cr^(3+)掺杂量的增加,红外光谱吸收峰大体呈现左移的趋势,另外J-T效应使得MnO_(6)八面体的结构发生微小畸变.因此对元素进行掺杂影响晶胞体积,进一步改变晶体的结构,达到改进其性能的作用. A series of samplesEu_(0.5)Ca_(0.5)Mn_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.075,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.30,0.40,0.50)were prepared by solid reaction method.The XRD patterns of different samples at room temperature showed that the position of the main peak did not deviate significantly with the increase of the doping amount of Cr^(3+),and the cell volume showed a trend of decreasing.In the diffraction pattern,there is no extra impure peaks,which is a single phase orthorhombic structure.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(IR)showed that the absorption peak of infrared spectrum generally shifted to the left with the increase of Cr^(3+)doping,and J-T effect made the structure of MnO6 octahedron slightly be distorted.Therefore,the doping of elements affected the cell volume and changed the crystal structure to improve its properties.
