Research on the Construction of Tourism Public Service in Harbin

提出了旅游大众化、全域旅游新时代背景下旅游公共服务的定义和旅游公共服务的内容及表现形式.总结了哈尔滨市旅游公共服务的发展现状,并通过开展哈尔滨市旅游公共服务游客满意度调查,分析了哈尔滨市旅游公共服务存在的问题,并在此基础上提出针对哈尔滨市现状特点的旅游公共服务改进建议.

In this paper, the definition of tourism public service and the classification system of tourism public service is put forward under the background of tourism popularization and global tourism. The development status and existing problems of tourism public service in Harbin are described. Some suggestions on improving tourism public services according to the existing characteristics of Harbin is contributed.
