摘要
轻质化工产品在装车过程中会挥发,挥发的油气不仅会造成能源浪费,还会对环境、健康和安全等产生极大危害,因此油气回收技术迅速发展,其中冷凝吸附法油气回收技术最为成熟。近年来中国对油气回收技术愈加重视,在冷凝吸附法油气回收技术上也取得了一定的成果,但是在吸附方面还有一定的优化空间。文中在分析国内冷凝加吸附油气回收技术的基础上,结合车间设备设施改造后的实际使用过程对活性炭吸附解吸工艺的优化进行了探究。
Light chemical products volatize inevitably during the loading process,the volatile oil and gas not only causes the waste of energy,but also take harm to the environment,health and safety,therefore,the application of oil-gas recovery technology in loading process develops rapidly.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to oil and gas recovery technology in China,and some achievements have been made in oil and gas recovery technology with condensation adsorption method,but there is still some room for optimization in adsorption.This paper based on the analysis of domestic oil and gas recovery technology with condensation and adsorption,combined with the practical application after the transformation of the equipment and facilities,explored the optimization of activated carbon adsorption and desorption process.
