Industrial steam turbine is a kind of rotating machinery which takes steam as working medium and transforms heat energy of steam into mechanical energy.This paper made a detailed analysis and summary of the typical faults such as vacuum deterioration,body vibration,oil circuit fault,speed fluctuation and over speed interlock shutdown encountered during the commissioning of steam turbine of a petrochemical company,and put forward the corresponding solutions.
