摘要
采用脉冲激光沉积法在柔性云母衬底上生长了钴铁氧体(CoFe_(2)O_(4),CFO)薄膜材料.利用X射线衍射、原子力显微镜和超导量子干涉仪对薄膜样品的结构、形貌和磁性进行了研究,讨论了在不同衬底温度和氧气压力下制备的CFO薄膜的结构与磁性能差异.结果表明,在590~690℃温度区间与10~40 mT氧压区间内,650℃、30 mT条件下生长的CFO薄膜表面光滑平整,晶粒紧密排列,具有良好的铁磁性.
The cobalt ferrite CoFe_(2)O_(4)(CFO)thin film was grown on a flexible mica substrate by pulsed laser deposition.The microstructure,morphology,and magnetic property of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction,atomic force microscope and superconducting quantum interferometer.The CFO/mica heterostructures were prepared under different substrate temperatures and oxygen pressures.The structure and magnetic property of as-prepared CFO/mica heterostructure were discussed.The results indicate that the CFO film show good properties at 650℃and 30 mT under the temperature range of 590℃to 690℃and the oxygen pressure range of 10 to 40 mT,which possesses a smooth and flat surface,a tightly arranged crystal grain and a good ferromagnetism.
