外固定支架控制性手术治疗创伤性骨折患者的临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of controlled surgery with external fixation in the treatment of traumatic fracture

目的:探讨外固定支架控制性手术治疗创伤性骨折患者的临床效果。方法:2019年7月-2020年7月收治创伤性骨折患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例。对照组应用切开复位内固定术治疗;研究组应用外固定支架控制性手术治疗。比较两组手术情况及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组切口长度、手术时间、体温恢复时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率均低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用外固定支架控制性手术治疗创伤性骨折的效果显著,同时可有效降低并发症的发生,安全性高,有利于促进患者尽早康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of controlled surgery with external fixation in the treatment of traumatic fracture patients.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,108 cases of patients with traumatic fracture were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The study group was treated with external fixation controlled surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The incision length,operation time,temperature recovery time,fracture healing time,intraoperative blood loss and complication rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the QOL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of external fixation controlled surgery on traumatic fracture is remarkable,it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and promote the early recovery of patients,with high safety.
