益气化痰汤治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床观察

Clinical observation on Yiqi Huatan decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease

目的:研究益气化痰汤对糖尿病周围血管病变患者的临床效果。方法:2013年11月-2015年11月收治糖尿病周围血管病变患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗;试验组采用二甲双胍联合益气化痰汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组症状消失时间和临床药物干预计划实施时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用益气化痰汤治疗糖尿病周围血管病变,可以减少不良反应的发生,缩短病情控制时间和住院时间,明显改善血糖水平,使治疗效果得到显著提升。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods:From November 2013 to November 2015,82 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin.The experimental group was given metformin combined with Yiqi Huatan decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance and the time of clinical drug intervention in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Yiqi Huatan decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,shorten the time of disease control and length of hospital stays,it also can greatly improve the level of blood sugar and improve the therapeutic effect significantly.
