牛黄降压胶囊对脑中风后遗症头痛改善效果的临床研究

Clinical study on the effect of Niuhuang Jiangya capsule on headache in the sequela of cerebral apoplexy

目的:分析牛黄降压胶囊对脑中风后遗症头痛改善的临床效果。方法:2020年1-12月收治脑中风后遗症头痛患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组口服止痛药物治疗;观察组口服牛黄降压胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后VAS评分及生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牛黄降压胶囊治疗脑中风后遗症头痛患者,能有效减轻疼痛,提高疾病治疗效果,提升生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Niuhuang Jiangya capsule on headache in the sequela of cerebral apoplexy.Methods:From January to December 2020,110 patients with stroke sequela headache were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with analgesic drugs.The observation group was treated with Niuhuang Jiangya capsule.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The VAS and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Niuhuang Jiangya capsule can effectively relieve pain,improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life in headache patients with stroke sequelae.
