摘要
目的:观察"董氏针药"配合社区干预治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:2018年9月-2019年9月收治多发性抽动症患儿72例,随机分为两组,各36例。观察组采用"董氏针药"配合社区干预治疗;对照组采用"董氏针药"治疗。比较两组YGTSS总分、YGTSS减分率及中医证候疗效指数变化情况。结果:观察组YGTSS总分、YGTSS减分率及中医证候疗效指数变化均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"董氏针药"配合社区干预治疗儿童多发性抽动症临床效果显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dong's acupuncture and medicine combined with community intervention in the treatment of multiple tourette syndrome in children.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,72 children with multiple tourette syndrome were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Dong's acupuncture and medicine combined with community intervention.The control group was treated with Dong's acupuncture and medicine.The changes of the total score of YGTSS,the decreasing rate of YGTSS and the curative effect index of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The total score of YGTSS,the decreasing rate of YGTSS and the curative effect index of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dong's acupuncture and medicine combined with community intervention is effective in the treatment of multiple tourette syndrome in children.
