D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平与类风湿性关节炎疾病活动指标的相关性研究

Correlation between D-dimer and fibrinogen levels with disease activity indexes of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:筛选符合条件的RA患者65例(RA组),再纳入同期体检健康者50例(对照组)。比较两组血浆D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原水平,分析血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平与RA患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果:RA组血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。RA患者血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平与X线分期、疾病活动度呈显著正相关(P<0.01);与年龄、性别无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:RA患者血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平明显升高,且与疾病临床病理特征明显相关。

Objective:To observe the correlation between plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels and clinicopathological characteristics in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:65 eligible RA patients(RA group)were screened,and 50 healthy subjects(control group)were included in the same period.Plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels were compared between the two groups.To analyze the correlation between plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels and clinicopathological characteristics of RA patients.Results:The levels of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen in RA group were significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels were positively correlated with X-ray stage and disease activity in RA patients(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation with age and sex(P>0.05).Conclusion:Plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels are significantly increased in RA patients,and are significantly correlated with the clinicopathological features of the disease.
