急性脑卒中患者实施三维护理管理的作用探讨

Discussion on the effect of implementing three-dimensional nursing management for patients with acute stroke

目的:探讨急性脑卒中患者实施三维护理管理的临床作用。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治急性脑卒中患者52例,按照不同护理方式分为两组,各26例。对照组给予常规急救护理干预;研究组给予三维护理管理模式。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组用药时间、护送患者转运时间及抢救时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组致残率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性脑卒中患者的救治中,实施三维护理管理,能缩短用药时间及抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,减少各类并发症的发生,患者致残率更低。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of three-dimensional nursing management in patients with acute stroke.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,52 cases of patients with acute stroke were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing intervention.The study group was given three-dimensional nursing management.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The time of administration,transportation and rescue of patients in study group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of disability and incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute stroke patients,three-dimensional nursing management can shorten the time of medication and rescue,improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the occurrence of various complications,at the same time,patients have lower disability rate.
