对脑卒中患者恢复肢体功能早期进行康复治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on early rehabilitation treatment of limb function in patients with cerebral apoplexy

目的:探讨早期进行康复治疗对脑卒中患者恢复肢体功能的临床效果。方法:2019年5月-2020年5月收治脑卒中患者128例,随机分为两组,各64例,均给予常规药物治疗。对照组给予常规护理;观察组进行早期康复护理干预。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后日常神经功能异常缺陷恢复程度(CCS)评分、不断改进的运动指数(MBI)评分和改进Fugl-Meyer日常运动生理功能(FMA)评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用早期康复疗法治疗脑卒中患者,有助于肢体运动功能和神经功能的改善,提高患者肢体活动能力和自我生活能力。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation treatment on the recovery of limb function in patients with stroke.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,128 patients with stroke were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 64 cases in each group,they were all given conventional medication.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the recovery degree of daily neurological dysfunction(CCS)score,the continuously improved motor index(MBI)score and the improved Fugl-Meyer daily motor physiological function(FMA)score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of early rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of stroke patients is helpful to improve the limb motor function and neurological function,and improve the limb movement ability and self-living ability of the patients.
