精细化护理干预对内分泌科痛风性关节炎患者疼痛消除程度和尿酸水平的影响

Effect of fine nursing intervention on pain relief and uric acid level in patients with gouty arthritis in endocrinology department

目的:观察精细化护理干预应用于内分泌科痛风性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治痛风性关节炎患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理基础上给予精细化护理干预。比较两组患者疼痛消除程度、尿酸水平及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后疼痛评分及尿酸水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在内分泌科护理管理工作中开展精细化护理干预,能够明显降低患者疼痛程度及尿酸水平,有利于疾病康复,能够极大程度提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fine nursing intervention in patients with gouty arthritis in endocrine department.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,96 cases of patients with gouty arthritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given fine nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of pain relief,uric acid level and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of pain and uric acid level in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine nursing intervention in the nursing management of endocrinology can significantly reduce the pain degree and uric acid level of patients,it is beneficial to the recovery of disease and also can greatly improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
