人文关怀护理模式在血液肿瘤患者护理管理中的应用效果及满意度分析

Application effect and satisfaction analysis of humanistic care mode in nursing management of patients with hematologic tumor

目的:分析人文关怀护理模式在血液肿瘤患者护理管理中的应用效果及护理满意度。方法:2018年10月-2020年10月收治血液肿瘤患者42例,随机分为两组,各21例。试验组接受人文关怀护理模式;对照组接受基础护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理后抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀护理模式应用于血液肿瘤患者,能够有效提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,患者焦虑和抑郁情绪均得到缓解。

Objective:To analyze the application effect and satisfaction of humanistic care mode in the nursing management of patients with hematologic tumor.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2020,42 patients with hematologic tumor were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 21 patients in each group.The experimental group received humanistic care nursing mode.The control group received primary care mode.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of post-nursing depression and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic care model can effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with hematologic tumor,and relieve the anxiety and depression of patients.
