联合出诊模式下医生对于高血压护理门诊工作评价的质性分析

Qualitative analysis of doctors'evaluation of hypertension nursing outpatient work under the mode of joint visit

目的:研究联合出诊模式下医生对高血压护理各项门诊工作给予的评价。方法:选取心内科门诊医生8名,借助半结构型访谈提纲实施访谈,借助现象学归纳法对所获得的各类信息、资料进行研究、分析最终结果。结果:医生对高血压护理各项工作给予的评价主要包括三大主题,即为增强治疗疗效、提升就诊体验、增强医护间配合与协作。结论:医生对高血压护理各项工作给予较为良好的评价,在今后需要对护理门诊中有关的内容、模式进行开拓,并对最终效果及质量实施评估。

Objective:To study the doctor's evaluation of hypertension nursing in outpatient service under the mode of joint visit.Methods:8 cases of out-patient doctors of cardiology department were selected,with the help of semi-structured interview outline,we implemented interview,with the help of phenomenological induction,we studied and analyzed all kinds of information and data and the final results.Results:Doctors'evaluation of hypertension nursing work mainly included three themes,that is,to enhance the therapeutic effect,to enhance the treatment experience,and to enhance the cooperation and cooperation between doctors and nurses.Conclusion:The doctors gave a good evaluation on the work of hypertension nursing,in the future,we need to explore the content and mode of nursing outpatient,and evaluate the final effect and quality.
