有机清洁剂清洗减少牙科高速涡轮手机机械故障发生的回顾性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探索采用有机清洁剂清洗涡轮手机,减少机械故障的效果和可行性。方法:回顾85支涡轮手机机械故障的类型、表现,观察并比较采用有机清洁剂清洗前后12个月内涡轮手机机械故障的发生频次。结果:85支涡轮手机清洗前可见轴承、夹轴污染严重,清洗后有明显改善。手机机械故障来源均为轴承问题(包括车针不转、声音异常、动力不足)和夹轴问题(车针卡不住、取不下或安不上)。清洗前后轴承问题分别占60.0%和76.9%,夹轴问题分别占40.0%和23.1%。采用有机清洁剂清洗前后12个月出现机械故障的频次分别为30、13次(P<0.05)。结论:涡轮手机故障来源主要为轴承和夹轴,以轴承问题为主。采用有机清洁剂清洗有利于降低涡轮手机机械故障的发生。 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning with organic detergent on reducing the mechanical malfunctions of dental high-speed handpiece.Methods:The types and performance of mechanical malfunctions of 85 dental high-speed handpieces were reviewed,and the frequency of mechanical malfunctions of dental high-speed handpieces in the 12 months before and after cleaning with organic detergent were compared.Results:Before cleaning the causes of mechanical malfunctions of dental high-speed handpieces were bearing problems(including bur turn stop,abnormal voice and and poor motivation)and cliping shaft problems(non-bur jamming,the diffculty of bur taken down and install).Bearing problems before and after cleaning accounted for 60.0%and 76.9%,and cliping shaft problems accounted for 40.0%and 23.1%,respectively.The frequency of mechanical malfunctions in the 12 months before and after cleaning with organic detergent were 30 times and 13 times respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The most common fault types of dental high-speed handpieces are bearing problems and cliping shaft problems,mainly bearing problems.The new cleaning method with organic detergent can reduce the fault rate of dental high-speed handpiece.
