3种降糖药物影响T2DM患者种植体边缘骨吸收的研究

Influence of 3 hypoglycemic agents on marginal bone loss around dental implants in T2DM patients

目的:比较3种降糖药物对T2DM患者齿科种植体骨结合早期边缘骨吸收的影响。方法:收集T2DM患者种植治疗的病历,采集信息,根据影像学资料计算种植术后6月种植体边缘骨吸收,方差分析比较组间差异。结果:纳入患者208例,种植体381枚。胰岛素和二甲双胍组的近中骨吸收大于GLP-1类药物(P<0.05),二甲双胍的远中骨吸收大于胰岛素组和GLP-1组(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素和GLP-1类药物比二甲双胍能更好地保护种植体周围骨组织。

Objective:To compare the marginal bone loss at the early stage of osseointegration in T2DM patients treated with 3 types of hypoglycemic drugs.Methods:Patients with T2DM who received dental implantation were incluted and the information was gathered.According to the morphological data,the marginal bone loss 6 months after implantation was measured and analyzed.The comparison between groups was performed by variance analysis.Results:A total of 208 patients with 381 implants were included.The mesial marginal bone loss in insulin and metformin group was higher than that in GLP-1 group(P<0.05).The distal marginal bone resorption was higher in metformin than that in insulin group and GLP-1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GLP-1 drugs and insulin may have better protective effect on peri-implant bone than metformin.
