成年患者自体牙移植并正畸治疗1例

Autogenous tooth transplantation combined with orthodontic treatment in an adult patient: A case report

报告1例成年患者牙列拥挤并前突,通过把正畸治疗并将需拔除的35移植至25,排齐和内收上下牙列,移植的自体牙同时完成了牙周膜和牙髓愈合,维护了牙弓的完整性。

The lower left second premolar,which was planned to be removed in orthodontic treatment,was transplanted into the position of upper left second premolar in an adult patient with crowded dentition and protrusive profile.In this case,since the periodontal ligament and pulp healing of autogenously transplanted tooth were achieved,the dentition arch integrity was most well preserved with alignment and retraction of upper and lower dentition.
