摘要
不期而至的干扰信号会导致系统的误判,影响测试结果的精度。在调试与测试过程中工程师们需要凭借经验或者借助工具判断干扰源的来源、性质,从而采取措施消除其影响。本文介绍了使用PicoScope示波器及其标配的一些特别工具对一个电源信号进行测试和监控、发现和定位干扰源、并通过时域和频域的方法对干扰源的性质进行判别,从而提出避免或减少干扰信号对测试结果带来影响的一些措施和建议。
Unexpected interference signal will cause misjudgment of the system and affect the accuracy of the test results.During the process of debugging and testing,engineers need to rely on experience or tools to tell the source and nature of interference signal,so as to take proper measures to eliminate its impact.This paper introduces how to test and monitor a power supply signal by using Pico Scope and its standard special tools,find and locate the interference signal,and judge the nature of them in time domain and frequency domain respectively.And some measures and suggestions are presented to avoid or reduce the influence of interference signal on the test results in the end of the paper.
