Jilin Province enjoys bustling trade with I the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)and four other Asia-Pacific economies,all of whom signed the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)agreement together with China last year,creating the largest free trade bloc in the world.
