宁夏沿黄地区生态功能重要,但自然生态系统较为脆弱;环境质量总体为全国平均水平,但局部局地环境污染问题突出;部分自然资源具有一定优势,但集约节约利用水平偏低。近年来,沿黄地区生态环境保护工作扎实推进,但受本地自然本底特征和经济社会发展现状的影响,生态建设与环境保护的任务仍然艰巨。我国相关部门应围绕生态建设与修复、环境保护与治理、资源节约集约利用三大领域,统筹谋划、系统治理、协同推进,推动生态环境高水平保护。

The ecological function along the Yellow River area of Ningxia is important, but the natural eco-system is relatively fragile.The overall environmental quality is at the national average level, but the pollution problems of some locations are serious.Some natural resources have certain advantages, but the level of intensive usage is low.In recent years, the protection work along the Yellow River area has been promoted.However, due to the influence of local natural characteristics and economic and social development status, the tasks of construction and protection is still arduous.It is necessary to focus on ecological construction and restoration, environmental protection and treatment, resource conservation and intensive use, and promote the construction and protection work along the Yellow River area of Ningxia systematically and synergistically.
