摘要 针对广西中金岭南矿业有限责任公司盘龙铅锌矿选矿厂铅锌选矿回收率偏低、流程中矿循环量过大、流程不稳定等实际生产问题,进行了浮选流程优化试验研究。采用低碱选铅—高碱选锌流程,其中铅浮选采用苯胺黑药+丁基铵黑药的组合药剂作为捕收剂,硫酸锌作为抑制剂;锌浮选采用异丙基黄药作为捕收剂。对铅粗精矿进行了再磨,以提高金属解离度,减少中矿在流程中的循环累积,有利于生产流程控制和稳定生产指标。全流程闭路试验获得含铅57.88%、铅回收率为61.54%的铅精矿和含锌49.92%、锌回收率为90.04%的锌精矿。与选矿厂高碱铅浮选流程相比,选别指标实现了提升。 Aiming at the problems of low recovery of lead and zinc,large circulation of middlings and unstable production process in Panlong lead-zinc ore,flotation optimization test was carried out.The low-alkali flotation of galena and high-alkali flotation of sphalerite were adopted in the experiment,in which the combination of aniline and butylammonium was used as the collector and zinc sulfate as the depressant for galena flotation.Isopropyl xanthate was used as the collector for sphalerite flotation.Moreover,the rough galena concentrate was reground to improve the degree of dissociation and reduce the cyclic accumulation of middlings,beneficial to control the production process and stabilize the production index.The beneficiation index of laboratory closed-circuit test is greatly improved as a lead concentrate of 57.88%Pb and a zinc concentrate of 49.92%Zn were produced,the recoveries were 61.54%and 90.04%,respectively.
