广东某铅锌多金属矿工艺矿物学研究 被引量:5

Process mineralogy research on a lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore from Guangdong Province

摘要 为合理高效利用某铅锌多金属硫化矿资源,采用化学分析、透光显微镜、能谱仪、扫描电镜等分析手段对其进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,该铅锌多金属硫化矿含Pb 1.398%、Zn 3.640%、Ag 127.3 g/t、CaF210.160%、WO30.10%。岩石主要为块状构造,结构主要为斑状变晶结构、柱状和粒状变晶结构,交代残余结构等形态。矿石中的主要矿物为黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿,伴生银和萤石可综合回收。矿物组分多样,矿物间嵌布关系复杂而密切,分离难度大,推荐采用铜铅锌混合浮选—萤石浮选—白钨浮选的工艺流程。 In order to reasonably and efficiently utilize a lead-zinc ore,the process mineralogy was investigated by means of chemical analysis,transmission microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the lead-zinc ore contains Pb 1.398%,Zn 3.640%,Ag 127.3 g/t,CaF 210.160%and WO 30.10%.The rock is mainly massive structure,and the structure is mainly porphyry,columnar,granular and metasomatic residual structure.The main minerals in the ore are chalcopyrite,galena,sphalerite,associated silver and fluorite,which can be comprehensively recovered.The mineral composition is diverse,and the distribution relationship between minerals is complex and close,so it is difficult to separate.The mineral separation process of copper-lead-zinc mixed flotation-fluorite flotation-scheelite flotation is recommended.
