摘要
目的:建立枸杞子中多糖的测定方法,比较不同产地枸杞子中多糖含量的差异。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定宁夏、青海、新疆等3个产地86批次枸杞子中多糖的含量,分析差异,并进行方法学考察。结果:方法线性关系、回收率、精密度及重复性测定结果均符合要求,不同产地枸杞子中多糖含量范围为1.71%~4.56%,多糖含量高低顺序为青海>新疆>宁夏。结论:蒽酮-硫酸法可用于枸杞子多糖含量的测定,不同产地的枸杞子中多糖含量有一定差异,其中青海产地枸杞子中的多糖含量最高。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Polysaccharides Content in Lycii fructus from different habitats and compare the content differences.Method The Anthrone-sulfuric Acid Method was used to determine the polysaccharides content of Lycii fructus with 86 batches from 3 habitats of Ningxia,Qinghai,Xinjiang and the methodology was investigated.Result The linear relationship,recovery,precision and stability of the method were consistent with the requirements.The polysaccharides content of Lycii fructus ranged from 1.71%to 4.56%,which was from different regions ranked as Qinghai>Xinjiang>Ningxia.Conclusion The anthrone-sulfuric acid method can be used for the determination of polysaccharides content in Lycii fructus.The polysaccharides content in Lycii fructus from different habitats is different.Among the samples evaluated,the polysaccharide content of Qinghai province is the highest.
