偶刺法针刺配合电针治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征临床研究

Clinical Study of Paired Needling Combined with Electro-Acupuncture in Treating EPS of FD

目的:观察偶刺法针刺配合电针治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征(EPS)的临床疗效。方法:将64例上腹痛综合征患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各32例,其中观察组脱落2例,剔除3例;对照组脱落1例,剔除4例。观察组予偶刺法针刺配合电针治疗,对照组单纯行偶刺法针刺。两组治疗均隔日1次,每周3次,共治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后上腹痛、上腹烧灼感、餐后饱胀不适和早饱等临床主要症状评分、简要尼平消化不良指数(SF-NDI)及血浆胆囊收缩素(CCK)含量的变化,并评定临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率96.30%(26/27),优于对照组的88.89%(24/27)。两组患者治疗后临床主要症状评分、SF-NDI评分及血浆CCK水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且观察组治疗后临床主要症状评分、SF-NDI评分及血浆CCK水平较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:偶刺法针刺配合电针能够明显缓解EPS患者的消化不良症状及改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of paired needling combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome(EPS)of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:64 cases of EPS were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.There were 2 cases dropping off and 3 cases excluded in the observation group and 1 case dropping off and 4 cases excluded in the control group.The control group was treated with paired needling;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with electro-acupuncture.The treatment was once every other day,3 times a week for a total of 4 weeks in the two groups.The scores of major clinical symptoms,such as upper abdominal pain,upper abdominal burning sensation,postprandial fullness and discomfort,and early satiety,short form-nepean dyspepsia index(SF-NDI),the plasma content of cholecystokinin(CCK)and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.30%(26/27)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 88.89%(24/27)in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score,SF-NDI score and CCK level were significantly decreased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01),of which the deceases in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paired needling combined with electro-acupuncture can obviously alleviate FD symptoms in patients with EPS and improve their life quality.
