圆利针伞形刺并温针治疗风寒湿证肩周炎的随机对照研究

Umbrella-Shape Round-Sharp Needling Combined with Warm Needling in the Treatment of SP of Wind-Cold-Damp Pattern:A Randomized Controlled Trial

目的:观察圆利针伞形刺并温针治疗风寒湿证肩周炎的效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例风寒湿证肩周炎患者分层随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。观察组予圆利针伞形刺并温针治疗,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片,两组均配合功能锻炼,治疗2个疗程,比较两组治疗前与3个观察时间点的SF-MPQ评分、CMS评分,并进行疗效判定。结果:与治疗前比较,两组3个观察时间点的SF-MPQ评分均有明显下降(均P<0.05);观察组3个观察时间点的SF-MPQ评分均分别低于对照组(均P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组3个观察时间点的CMS评分均有明显升高(均P<0.05);观察组3个观察时间点的CMS评分均分别高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:圆利针伞形刺并温针治疗风寒湿证肩周炎在缓解肩痛、改善肩关节功能方面具有显著疗效,优于口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片。

Objective:To observe the effect of umbrella-shape round-sharp needling combined with warm needling in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis(SP)of wind-cold-damp pattern.Methods:90 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with umbrella-shape round-sharp needling combined with warm needling,and the control group was treated with oral administration of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets.Functional exercise was also applied in the two groups.After two courses of the treatment,the scores of SF-MPQ and CMS were observed before the treatment,after 1 course of the treatment,after 2 courses of the treatment and 3 months after the treatment in the two groups.The efficacy was evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of SF-MPQ were significantly decreased at the three observation time points compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).The scores of CMS were significantly increased at the three observation time points compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the increases in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of umbrella-shape sharp-round needling combined with warm needling is superior to Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of SP of wind-cold-damp pattern in terms of relieving shoulder pain and improving shoulder function.
