防治小麦赤霉病药剂筛选试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过皿内抑菌试验,从29种杀菌剂中筛选出了6种抑制赤霉菌效果较好的药剂,分别是鲜贮、满艳、使百克、好力克、巨乐和立克莠。鲜贮、满艳和使百克这三种药剂在有效成分含量≥5μg·mL^(-1),好力克、巨乐和立克莠在有效成分含量≥10μg·mL^(-1)时抑菌率可达95%以上。孢子萌发试验表明这六种药剂对小麦赤霉病分生孢子萌发有着较强的抑制作用,或有着较强的致畸作用。通过田间药效试验进一步证明了鲜贮、好力克和巨乐对小麦赤霉病的防治作用优于目前的常规药剂多菌灵,可作为后备药剂。 After the inhibition experiment, six fungicides which were effective in the inhibition of Fusarium graminishad were selected from 29 kinds of fungicides, they are Xianchu(25% Prochloraz EC),Manyan(25% Prochloraz EC), Shibaike(25% prochloraz EC), Haolike(430 g·L^(-1) Tebuconzole SC),Jule(50% Prochloraz manganese WP) and Likexiu( 60 g·L^(-1) Tebuconazole suspension DS). The inhibition rate of Xianchu,Manyan and Shibaike was more than 95% when the active ingredient content was≥ 5μg·mL^(-1),and the inhibition rate of Haolike, Jule and Likexiu was more than 95% when the active ingredient content was≥ 10μg·mL^(-1). The spore germination trial showed that the six kinds of fungicides were effective in restraining the germination of spore or had a strong malformation effect. The field efficacy trial proved further that that Xianchu, Manyan and Jule were more effective than carbendazim in preventing and curing wheat scab, so they can be used as reserved fungicides to control Fusarium graminis.
