基于UPLC法泽泻水提液指纹图谱的建立 被引量:1

Establishment of Fingerprinting of Water Extracts of Alismatis rhizoma Based on Ultra-high Performance Chromatography

摘要 采用超高液相色谱法(ULC)建立泽泻水提液的指纹图谱。采用ACQUITYUPLC BEH C18(2.1×50 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱,流速0.3 m L·min^(-1),柱温35℃,检测波长208 nm。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)"对20批不同批号的泽泻水提液色谱图进行相似度评价,建立泽泻水提液的指纹图谱,共标定出19个共有峰,指认了泽泻醇A,泽泻醇B和23-乙酰泽泻醇B三个泽泻的重要成分。该方法快速有效,重复性高,稳定性好,特征性强,为提高泽泻水提液的质量控制提供参考。 The fingerprinting of water extracts of Alismatis rhizoma was established by Ultra-high Performance Chromatography(UPLC).The chromatographic column was ACQUITYUPLC BEH C18(2.1×50 mm,1.7μm),acetonitrile(A)-water(B)was used as mobile phase under a gradient mode.The similarity evaluation system for chromatography fingerprinting of Chinese medicine(2004 A)was used to analyze the similarity of 20 batches of water extracts of Alismatis rhizoma,finally,the fingerprinting of water extracts of Alismatis rhizoma was established.In the fingerprinting,19 peaks were selected as the common peaks to evaluate the similarities among 20 batches of water extracts of Alismatis rhizoma.Among of common peaks,alisma alcohol A,alisma alcohol B and 23-acetyl alismatol B were determined by the relative time of the standard substance.The results showed that this approach was quick,repeatable,stable and characteristic,which is used to control the quality of water extracts of Alismatis rhizoma.
