比对常用国土调查方法的优缺点,提出一种较为高效的“三调”调查方法和实施过程质量控制要点,避免出现常规质量问题的措施。该方法应用于福建省“三调”工作,取得了较好的效果。

Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the common land survey methods,this paper puts forward a more efficient"third survey"survey method and the key points of quality control in the implementation process to avoid the occurrence of conventional quality problems.This method is applied to the work of"third survey"in Fujian Province and has achieved good results.
