在新发展理念及农业供给侧结构性改革背景下,我国农村土地制度不断探索发展,经营模式不断丰富,规模化发展已取得了一定的成效。随着经济发展越来越注重质量和效益,我国农村土地规模化经营出现了一系列不相适应的问题,当前如何在新发展理念下摆脱多方面的掣肘,提升农村土地规模化发展的质量和效益是发展农村经济必须解决的难题。

Under the new development concept strategy and agricultural supply-side structural reform,China′s rural land system is constantly exploring and developing,the business model is constantly rich,and some results have been achieved in large-scale development.With the increasing attention paid to quality and benefits to economic development,China′s rural land scale operation has presented a series of problems.How to get rid of many constraints under the new development concept and improve the quality and efficiency of rural land scale development is a difficult problem that must be solved in the development of the rural economy.
