摘要
试样为面巾纸,以荧光增白剂VBL为检测对象,建立了HPLC检测方法。试验结果表明,经C18色谱柱分离,Ex=350 nm,Em=430 nm,V(乙腈):V(水)=70:30,荧光增白剂VBL在本实验条件下法学数据满足分析要求。前处理在0.1%氨水溶液、超声条件下,荧光增白剂VBL提取效果最好。
The sample was napkin,and the fluorescent whitening agent VBL was used as the detection object by HPLC.The results showed that derivative was separated by Agilent C18 column and detector with Ex=350 nm;Em=430 nm,acetonitrile-water(70:30,v/v).Under the conditions,the legal data of fluorescent whitening agent VBL can meet the analysis requirements.It can support the establishment of detection method.In 0.1%ammonia solution and ultrasonic extraction,the VBL extraction amount in napkin was large.
