化工安全管理及事故应急管理分析

Analysis of Chemical Safety Management and Accident Emergency Management

当前中国经济飞速发展,化工行业的工艺水平以及生产能力也在不断发展,化工安全生产对企业的日常经营有着十分重要地意义。对于化工行业来说,化工企业的产品质量以及生产能力不仅影响着其他行业的发展,也对人们的日常生活带来了较为直接的影响。在化工企业中,安全管理以及事故应急处理的能力会直接决定企业的稳定发展,一旦出现问题就会出现比较严重的事故,会在一定程度上给企业带来经济损失,还会给工作人员的生命安全带来比较严重的威胁。文章通过阐述化工安全管理中所存在的问题,进一步地阐述化工安全管理和事故应急管理具体措施,以期为我国化工行业的可持续发展作出贡献。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s international status and Comprehensive National Power has also been signif icantly improved,the chemical industry’s process level and production capacity is also constantly accelerating,the safety production of chemical enterprises is of great signif icance to the daily operation of enterprises.For the chemical industry,the product quality and production capacity of chemical enterprises not only affect the development of other industries,but also have a more direct impact on people’s daily life.In chemical enterprises,the ability of safety management and accident emergency management will directly determine the stable development of chemical enterprises.Once problems occur,relatively serious accidents will occur,which will bring economic losses to enterprises to a certain extent,it would also pose a more serious threat to the safety of the staff.In order to contribute to the sustainable development of China’s chemical industry,this paper expounds the problems existing in the chemical industry safety management and the concrete measures of the chemical industry safety management and accident emergency management.
