基于单层套管切割的水力内割刀切割参数分析与优化

摘要 在腐蚀套管更换工艺实施时,切割套管时若使用常规水力内割刀,在切割过程中存在损伤外部套管的可能性。现在一般选用单管水力割刀切割套管。单管割刀可以保证刀片在切割内层套管时不会损伤外部套管。文章介绍了单管水力割刀的工作原理,以及较常规水力割刀的优点。并针对现场切割参数及结果进行分析,得出现场实际切割过程中切割的优选参数。为后续现场单层套管水力割刀的切割提供依据。 In the replacement process of corroded casing,if the conventional hydraulic internal cutter is used in cutting casing,it may damage the external casing during the cutting process.Now the single pipe hydraulic cutter is generally used to cut the casing.The single pipe cutter can ensure that the blade will not damage the outer casing when cutting the inner casing.This paper introduces the working principle of single pipe hydraulic cutter and its advantages over conventional hydraulic cutter.Based on the analysis of the cutting parameters and results,the optimal cutting parameters in the actual cutting process are obtained.It provides a basis for the subsequent cutting of single layer casing hydraulic cutter.
