摘要
文章对已建成的炼油厂储罐VOCs治理的工艺设计及路线选择问题进行探讨。提出应避免对原储罐的弱顶结构的破坏性设计,推荐安全附件的选型和安全联锁及参数的设定,优选采用三级冷凝—焚烧,冷凝后尾气经空气稀释后作为热电厂锅炉配风的工艺路线。采用合理的设计可大大节约成本,确保设计安全可靠,后期维保的成本也较低。
This paper discusses the process design and route selection of VOCs treatment for oil refinery storage tanks.It is suggested that the destructive design of the weak roof structure of the original storage tank should be avoided,the selection of safety accessories and the setting of safety interlock and parameters should be recommended,and the three-stage condensation incineration process should be preferred,and the condensed tail gas should be used as the air distribution of the boiler in the thermal power plant after being diluted by air.The reasonable design can greatly save the cost,ensure the safety and reliability of the design,and lower the cost of later maintenance.
