上海人工智能发展重点与抓手分析--对比纽约、伦敦

Analysis of Focus and Handle of Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Development——Comparison of New York and London

随着互联网时代到来,人工智能已成为全球发展最关注的焦点之一。上海是中国最重要城市之一,人工智能的引领作用毋庸置疑。为探究适合上海的人工智能发展方向,利用文献研究、对比分析法等,挑选纽约和伦敦作为参照对象,通过对比纽约、伦敦和上海城市基因相似点与不同点,结合三者人工智能发展现状及重点研究领域,提出适合上海学习的纽约、伦敦经验。上海在城市规划中应将AI与金融、医疗等行业有机结合,侧重发展以算法为核心的技术类AI,根据自身实际情况,吸取纽约伦敦两者AI发展的经验教训,努力将上海打造成人工智能创新示范高地。

With the advent of the Internet era,artificial intelligence has become one of the most important focuses of global develop⁃ment.As one of the important cities in China,Shanghai is also an international financial center.There is no doubt about the attention and practicality of artificial intelligence.In order to find out the suitable development direction of artificial intelligence in Shanghai,New York and London are selected as reference objects by means of literature research and comparative analysis.By comparing the sim⁃ilarities and differences and combining the present situation of artificial intelligence development and the key research fields among these three metropolises,it is suggested that Shanghai should learn from the experience of New York and London properly.Experience shows that Shanghai should combine AI with financial and medical industries in urban planning,focusing on the development of algo⁃rithm-centered technology.Shanghai should learn from the experience and lessons of AI development in New York and London accord⁃ing to its own actual situation,and strive to build Shanghai into an artificial intelligence innovation demonstration highland.
