摘要
在开发某系列低压腔涡旋压缩机时,发现压缩机抗液击能力低,本文归纳分析了各种可以提高压缩机抗液击能力的改进措施,综合考虑了各个措施后,选择了可行性最高的三个措施组成了最终的改进方案,经过试验验证后发现该改进方案可以有效的提高该系列压缩机的抗液击能力.
Issue of low liquid handling ability has been found in developing some serieslow side scroll compressor,and this issue needs to be solved.This article summarize andanalysis all methods of improving the compressor’s liquid handling.3 methods werechosen to be the improvement scheme after considering the feasibility of all methods.Fi-nally this improvement scheme was proven that it can efficiently improve the compressor's liquid handling ability through validation tests.
