自主化悬挂式单轨列车电气牵引系统研制

摘要 介绍了自主化悬挂式单轨列车的总体性能要求,包括列车牵引/电制动性能、故障及救援性能,及电气牵引系统的高压系统、牵引系统、辅助电源系统的构成及功能参数,并阐述了适用于悬挂式单轨列车应用场景的系统与关键部件的设计理念与设计要点,研制的小型化、轻量化、集成化的电气牵引系统完全满足列车总体性能指标,系统运行状态良好,为悬挂式单轨交通后续市场推广应用奠定了坚实的技术基础。 The overall performance requirements of the suspension monorail train such as the train traction and braking performances,fault and rescue performances,the composition and functional parameters of the high-voltage system,traction system and auxiliary power supply system of the electric traction system are introduced.The design concept and key points of the system and key components applicable to the application scenario of the suspension monorail train are expounded.The actual operation of the system show that the electric traction system with characteristics of miniaturization,light weight and integration can fully meet the overall performance index of the train,which lays a solid technical foundation for promoting the commercial application of the suspended monorail train.
