摘要
浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)作为海洋油气田开发工程特别是深水油气田开发的一种重要设施,合理确定其“Essential”负荷及其电源配置,对于保障海上油气田安全生产及经济合理开发具有重要意义。本文针对FPSO中Essential工况电气设计展开讨论,从IACS(国际船级社协会)及各大船级社规定出发,同时结合具体工程项目实施方案,明确了Essential负荷选取方法和典型负荷、电源配置方法及供配电系统主接线方案,指出应从经济、操作需求两个方面并结合船级社要求,综合考虑Essential工况电气设计。
Floating production,storage and off-loading unit(FPSO)is an important facility for offshore oil and gas field development,especially for in deep-water.Reasonable determination of the essential service and their power supply configurations is very important for safe production and cost-efficiency development of the oil and gas fields.In this paper,the electrical design of the Essential service in FPSO is discussed.Starting from the regulations of IACS and classification societies,combined with the implementation scheme of specific engineering projects,suggestions for determining of essential service and their power supply configuration method and the main wiring scheme of power distribution system are introduced.It is pointed out that the electrical design of the essential service should be considered comprehensively from costs and operation demands as well as combining the requirements of the related classification societies.
