生物流化床工艺处理豆制品生产废水工程(Ⅰ期) 被引量:3

摘要 采用SSSAB—AFB—MBR工艺处理20 m^(3)/d豆制品生产废水,进水COD_(Cr)为3500~7500 mg/L、氨氮为80~140 mg/L时,平均去除率分别为99.3%、98.3%,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准要求。设施运行成本为2.75元/m^(3),吨水占地1.25 m^(2),总占地面积约25 m^(2)。该工艺中SSSAB的COD_(Cr)容积负荷高达17.8 kg/(m^(3)·d),出水COD_(Cr)≤500 mg/L,COD_(Cr)去除贡献率高达93.7%;AFB氨氮负荷达0.263 kg/(m^(3)·d),出水氨氮≤15 mg/L,氨氮去除贡献率高达99.5%;MBR反应器的COD_(Cr)平均去除率为70.5%,氨氮平均去除率为54.4%。 The SSSAB-AFB-MBR process was used to treat 20 m^(3)/d soybean production wastewater with the influent COD_(Cr)3500-7500 mg/L and NH3-N 80-140 mg/L,and the average removal rate was up to 99.3%and 98.3%.The effluent met the first-level discharge standard of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).The facility operating cost was 2.75 yuan/m^(3),the area cost per ton of water was 1.25 m^(2),and the total area was about25 m^(2).In this process,the COD_(Cr)volume load of SSSAB was up to 17.8 kg/(m^(3)·d),the effluent COD_(Cr)was less than or equal to 500 mg/L,and the COD_(Cr)removal contribution rate was up to 93.7%.The ammonia nitrogen load of AFB reached 0.263 kg/(m^(3)·d),the effluent NH3-N≤15 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen removal contribution rate is 99.5%.In addition,the COD_(Cr)average removal rate and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of MBR reactor are 70.5%and 54.4%,respectively.
