新型冠状病毒境外输入对我国疫情的影响

Epidemic impact of overseas-imported COVID-19 infected cases on China

全球新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情仍在蔓延,为分析疫情境外输入对我国造成的影响,对境外输入病例的来源国、输入地、流行趋势及其关联病例,以及污染的进口冷冻食品案例进行了分析.结果表明:我国境外输入病例集中来自欧洲、亚洲和北美洲,主要输入到我国沿海和边境省份,且境外输入病例中男性占比较大,年龄主要集中在21~40岁;在全球确诊病例数日渐飙升的同时,2020年3月中旬至4月中旬我国出现了2个境外输入疫情的流行峰,之后迅速下降并长时间维持较低水平;我国境外输入关联病例与入境人员均有不同程度的接触,而与之关联的入境者在入境时多为无症状的感染者;我国病毒核酸检测为阳性的冷冻食品大多为来自南美洲的海鲜或鸡肉的外包装表面.全球疫情升级及境外病例输入给我国的疫情防控造成巨大压力,但是由于我国及时采取了一系列有效措施,使得境外病例输入得到较好的控制.因此,该研究可为我国今后的新型疫情防控工作提供一定的借鉴.

The COVID-19 global pandemic had extensively afflicted China through the infected cases imported increasingly.In order to analyze the epidemic impact of overseas-imported COVID-19 on China,investigations were done on source place of the COVID-19 virus-infected cases imported as well as their distribution in China afterwards,the epidemic trend and related cases,and the cases of imported-frozen foods were also considered.The investigations indicated that the cases mostly came from Europe,Asia,or North America into the coastal or border region of China.The cases were relatively large in males,mainly aged 21~40 years old.The number of imported overseas cases of the coronavirus breakout doubled in the year 2020 from March to April in China.However,China had successfully launched a resolute battle to control its spread and maintained a lower amount of relative infected cases.Most of imported relative cases contacted the immigrated persons who were mostly asymptomatic infected cases at the entering time.The outer packaging of the imported frozen seafood and chicken from South America tested positive for COVID-19 after the performing of the nucleic acid test on the outer-packaging of the items.The global mass spread of the epidemic and imported cases put a strain on China′s ability to prevent and control cases in China.China would still manage to control the spread of epidemic through lockdown effective measures.The conclusion would provide some reference for the future epidemic prevention and control work.
