摘要
大数据背景下,高校教务管理将从信息化向智慧化发展。在介绍数据挖掘技术的基础上,分别从关联分析、分类与预测、聚类、异常检测及综合应用五方面梳理了数据挖掘技术在教务管理中的应用方向及研究现状,应用包括招生就业、教学计划、教学运行、学籍学位管理等环节;以西南交通大学研究成果为例,展示了数据挖掘技术在教务管理应用实践,并提出了今后的建议。数据挖掘技术的应用,可以提升教育教学质量,提高教务管理信息化水平,实施教育的个性化服务,为教务管理者提供科学决策的数据支撑。
The educational administration of university under the background of big data will develop from information to intelligence.Based on the introduction of data mining technology,the application and research status of data mining technology in educational administration is put forward from the association analysis,classification and prediction,clustering,outlier detection and combined use,including enrollment and employment,teaching plan,teaching operation,student degree management.Taking the research results of Southwest Jiaotong University as an example,the application of data mining technology in educational administration management is demonstrated and suggestions is put forward.The application of data mining technology can improve the quality of education and teaching,improve the level of information management,provides personalized services for students,and provides scientific decision-making data support for educational administrators.
