乳腺癌患者组织中FOXA1、BRCA-1表达与临床病理参数的相关性

Correlation between the expression of FOXA1 and BRCA-1 in tissues and clinicopathological parameters in breast cancer patients

目的研究乳腺癌患者组织中叉头框蛋白A1(FOXA1)、乳腺癌易感基因1(BRCA-1)表达与临床病理参数的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年5月于本院收治的97例乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料,采用免疫组织化学法检测FOXA1、BRCA-1的表达,采用Pearson法分析FOXA1、BRCA-1的表达与乳腺癌患者临床病理参数之间的相关性。结果 BRCA-1阳性率35.05%,FOXA1阳性率61.86%。不同组织学分级、TNM分期、ER、PR、Ki67表达的乳腺癌患者组织中FOXA1的阳性例数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同组织学分级、TNM分期、肿瘤直径、ER、PR、Ki67表达的乳腺癌患者组织中BRCA-1的阳性例数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FOXA1、BRCA-1表达与乳腺癌患者组织的临床病理参数具有较好的相关性,对于乳腺癌分级、分期以及预后有重要的临床价值。

Objective To study the correlation between the expression of forkhead box protein A1(FOXA1)and breast cancer susceptibility gene 1(BRCA-1)and clinicopathological parameters in breast cancer tissues. Methods The clinicopathological data of 97 breast cancer patients who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The expression of FOXA1 and BRCA-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between FOXA1,BRCA-1 and clinicopathological parameters in breast cancer patients was analyzed by Pearson method. Results The positive rates of BRCA-1 and FOXA1 were 35.05% and 61.86%,respectively. There were significant differences in the number of cases with FOXA1 positive among breast cancer patients with different histological grading,TNM staging,ER,PR and Ki67 expression(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the number of cases with BRCA-1 positive among breast cancer patients with different histological grading,TNM staging,tumor diameter,ER,PR and Ki67 expression(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of FOXA1 and BRCA-1 has a good correlation with the clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer patients,and has important clinical value for breast cancer classification,staging and prognosis.
