摘要
合理进行物资采购成本管控是整体成本控制工作的核心。在深入分析对外EPC项目物资采购成本构成及影响因素基础上,以泰国宽武里糖厂EPC项目为例,介绍其物资采购成本控制措施及成本控制成效,以期为国内其他企业进行对外EPC项目物资采购成本控制提供参考。
Reasonable material procurement cost control is the core of the overall cost control work.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the composition and influencing factors of material procurement cost of foreign EPC projects,taking the EPC project of kuanwuli sugar factory in Thailand as an example,this paper introduces the material procurement cost control measures and cost control effects,so as to provide reference for other domestic enterprises to control the cost of material procurement of foreign EPC projects.
