摘要
在将全过程造价咨询业务流程划分为准备、实施以及结束三个阶段的基础上,构建各阶段具体工作流程,并结合具体案例分析其在实务中的实施情况,以期为造价咨询企业有效组织开展全过程造价咨询业务提供参考。
On the basis of dividing the whole process of cost consulting business process into three stages:preparation,implementation and completion,this paper constructs the specific workflow of each stage,and analyzes its implementation in practice with specific cases,so as to provide reference for cost consulting enterprises to effectively organize and carry out the whole process of cost consulting business.
